Privacy Statement

Witec IT Solutions respects the privacy of visitors to its website and its customers. This statement describes how we collect, use and protect personal information, and the channels available to exercise rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).

Data collected

Our sales and support forms request your name, email address, phone number, company and message.

Purposes

We use the data to respond to requests, provide contracted services, issue tax documents and send communications related to our business relationship.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

Cookies and technologies such as browser local storage can store preferences and information about website usage. Optional categories are disabled by default and depend on your choice in the cookie notice.

  • Necessary: store your cookie choices for up to 180 days, language preference and accessibility settings. The restricted area uses authentication storage.
  • Google Analytics 4 — analytics: measures visits, page views and interactions, such as clicks on contact channels. It may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. This integration does not enable Google Ads. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity — analytics: uses interactions, heatmaps and session recordings to help improve navigation. It may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk. The main content is configured for masking; we do not send customer identifiers to Clarity. Sharing for Microsoft advertising remains disabled in this integration. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Meta Pixel — marketing: measures campaign-related visits and enables the creation of advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram. It may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Meta Privacy Policy.

You can accept, reject or change analytics and marketing separately. Rejecting them does not prevent you from accessing content or contacting us. When you withdraw consent, the page reloads to stop the service, and we attempt to remove its optional cookies that are accessible on this domain. Cookies from other domains can be managed in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete data already received by providers.

Other services and providers

3CX chat provides customer service and may process technical connection data and information you send in the conversation. The WhatsApp button opens Meta’s service, which is subject to that service’s rules. VLibras is loaded to provide translation into Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo videos may connect to these providers when a page containing embedded content is opened; privacy-enhanced mode does not eliminate all data transmission.

The infrastructure uses Lovable and Supabase for hosting and application services, Cloudflare for domain and infrastructure services, and a service for sending form notifications. Form data is stored to handle enquiries, and notifications are sent to contato@witec.com.br. Providers may process data in other countries according to their services and contracts.

Data subject rights

You may request access to, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data at any time through the Data Subject Request page.
